FINALLY

My DH has a date for his lap band surgery!  They'll take his gall bladder out at the same time (he has a stone).

Jan 30th.  WOOHOO!

They called last week to say Jan 21.  Sorry, we can't do that, I'll be in OR Jan 19 to 27.  They called this AM to say FEB. 25th.  We said YIPES, why so far out?  Well, you said you were gonna be gone.  GRRR.  I'll only be gone 9 days!

So she just called us back, again.  New date Jan 30.  His pre-op is Jan 12th.  He starts his 2 week liquid diet Jan 16th.   I leave for OR Jan 19th.  What a shame, I'm gonna miss most of his liquid diet!

We are SOOO pumped!

Congratulations!!! To you and your DH ... I think you PLANNED it so that you'd be out of town during the liquid diet... hehehe!

Awesome news!!!  And they will get to kill two birds with one stone.  Stone.  lol  Anyway, glad he ended up with such a perfect date and what convenient timing for you, eh?!  Congrats to your DH!
